Family Pension to Unmarried Daughter: As per CCS Pension Rules 1972, a unmarried daughter of a government employee or Pensioners is eligible to get family pension.
i. As per rule Sub Rule 6(iii) of Rule 54 of CCS Pension Rules the family pension is payable to unmarried daughters until she gets married or she starts earning her livelihood, whichever is earlier.
ii. As per Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare OM No. 01/13/09-P&PW dated 11th September 2013, the family pension to a unmarried daughter is payable above the age of 25, after all unmarried children have attained the 25 years of age or started earning their livelihood whichever is earlier. If the deceased government servant/pensioner has survived by any disabled child, the unmarried daughter will be eligible to receive family pension only after the turn of disabled child.
In view of the above facts the unmarried daughter is eligible for family pension until she gets married or starts earning her livelihoods irrespective of age limit.

अविवाहित बेटी को पारिवारिक पेंशन: सीसीएस पेंशन नियम 1972 के अनुसार, सरकारी कर्मचारी या पेंशनभोगियों की अविवाहित बेटी पारिवारिक पेंशन पाने के लिए पात्र है।
i. सीसीएस पेंशन नियम के नियम 54 के नियम उप नियम 6(iii) के अनुसार परिवार पेंशन अविवाहित बेटियों को तब तक देय है जब तक उसकी शादी नहीं हो जाती या वह अपनी आजीविका अर्जित करना शुरू नहीं कर देती, जो भी पहले हो।
ii. पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग के दिनांक 11 सितंबर 2013 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या 01/13/09-पी एंड पीडब्ल्यू के अनुसार, सभी अविवाहित बच्चों के 25 वर्ष या जो भी पहले हो, अपनी आजीविका अर्जित करना शुरू कर दिया। यदि मृतक शासकीय सेवक/पेंशनभोगी की कोई विकलांग संतान है तो अविवाहित पुत्री विकलांग बालक की बारी आने पर ही कुटुंब पेंशन प्राप्त करने की पात्र होगी।
उपरोक्त तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, अविवाहित बेटी तब तक पारिवारिक पेंशन के लिए पात्र है जब तक कि उसकी शादी नहीं हो जाती या वह अपनी आजीविका अर्जित करना शुरू नहीं कर देती, चाहे उसकी आयु सीमा कुछ भी हो।
