Sub: Revision of rates of HRA with DA rates increased to 50%.

Reference is invited to this HQrs. office circular no. AN/XIV/19015/Govt. Orders/2019

dated 10.04.2024 on Revision of rates of allowances with DA rates increased to 50%.

2. A few references have beert received in this HQrs. regarding revision of rates of HRA.

3. The matter has been examined and it is clarified that rates of HRA for X, Y and Z Class

of cities may be revised to 30%, 20%, 10% respectively w.e.f. 01.01.2024 based on the

increase in DA rates to 50%.
