Subject: Proposal of the Ministry of Railways on removal of ceiling in respect of Night Duty Allowance (NDA) -reg. 

The undersigned is directed to refer to Department of Expenditure's OM No. A-27023/2/2021/E.IIB (7th CPC) dated 04.07.2022 (Copy enclosed) on the subject mentioned above and to state that Department of Expenditure has agreed to grant NDA to all eligible nongazetted employees of Ministry of Railways upto Pay Level-7 (including those who are granted the benefit of MACP in Pay Level-8) along with certain conditions as mentioned in Department of Expenditure's OM No.A27023/2/2021/E.IIB (7th CPC) dated 04.07.2022.
