CAPF Facilities by State and Central Government. Facilities to CAPF/AR by State Governments, Paramilitary Forces Facilities by State and Central Government. Various facilities are being provided by State and Central Government to Central Armed Police Forces and Assam Refiles Personnel. As per the information the following facilities are being provided by various state governments and central government to the Personnel Killed in Action or Disabled.

4	Bihar	If killed in action in State, outside State or not belonging to the State	Rs. 11 Lakh
5	Chhattisgarh	If killed in action in State or not belonging to the State	Ex- gratia - Rs. 3 Lakh
		GPAIS	Rs. 15 Lakh - To NOK in death cases
			Rs. 10 Lakh - To parents in death cases
			Rs. 20 Lakh - Loss of the both hand, leg ears & eye
			Rs. 10 Lakh - Loss of one hand, leg, ears and eye
			Rs. 20,000/- For treatment up to one week
			Rs. 40,000/- For treatment more than one week
			Rs. 40,000/- For Education of Children
6	Chandigarh	If killed in action in State	Rs. 5 Lakh in case of accidental or homicidal death of an employee during the performance of duty.
			Rs. 2 Lakh (Killed in action but not belonging to the State
7	Delhi	If killed in action in State or outside State	Rs. 1 Crore
			Employment to NOK in Group C or D post under Delhi Govt
8	Gujarat:	If killed in action in State or not belonging to the State	Rs. 1 Lakh
			Financial assistance of Rs. 1,000/- p.m. till death or re-marriage whichever is earlier.
			Rs. 500/- p.m. to each wards.( maximum two children – till attaining the age of 25 years or completion of education whichever is earlier)
			To parents- Rs. 500/- to each till death.
			Disabled personnel- Rs. 50,000/- on 50% disability and Rs. 1000/- p.m. as financial assistance till death.
			If Martyr is unmarried:- Rs 50,000/- to mother and Rs. 500/- p.m. to both parents till death.

		in case of death attributable to military service	Rs. 8 Lakh
		in case of disability attributable to military service	Rs. 2 Lakh

			Providing compassionate appointment to dependent of martyr in the Group C & D category
