The 68th Railway Week Celebrations -2023 at Divisional level- RAIL SEVA PURASKAR-2023 is fixed to be held on 03.01.2024 at 15.00 hrs onwards at Railway Divisional Auditorium, Vijayawada as decided by DRM/BZA. The list of awardees who have been selected for Individual awards pertaining to each department will be sent shortly. Dt. 28.12.2023 The Awardees may be directed to report at Railway Divisional Auditorium, Vijayawada on Wednesday, 03.01.2024 from 15.00 hrs on wards to register their presence. Necessary instructions may be issued to the Supervisory Officials concerned that all the Awardees should be relieved in time and directed to report to Staff & Welfare Inspectors available at the Auditorium on 03.01.2024 to receive the awards in the function. All the awardees should bring their official ldentity Cards and also letters of authorization, duly signed in by their Controlling officers/Supervisory officials. At the time of presentation of awards, all the Awardees should be properly and neatly dressed and those who are required to wear uniform, necessarily wear the proper uniform.
