Sub: 98th Annual Conference, alongwith General Council as well as Working Committee Meetings of AIRF 29th November to 1" December, 2022 at Puri (East Coast Railway) - Grant of Special Casual Leave and Passes.
General Secretary, AIRF vide his letter No.AIRF/03 (438) dated 25.10.2022 has
advised that the 98th Annual Conference alongwith General Council as well as Working
Committee ings of. will held simultaneously at Puri (East Coast Railway) from 29th November to 1st December, 2022. He has also stated vide his letter dated 28.10.2022 (copy enclosed) that the 97th Annual Conference alongwith General Council meeting could
not be held in the previous calendar year 2021, due to Covid-19, hence, it was held in year
2022 in Ujjain.
2. The Federation has requested for grant of Special Casual Leave and Passes to the
Working Committee members of AIRF for participating in the above Working Committee
meeting.
3. Necessary facilities of Special Casual Leave and Passes may be granted to the
Working Committee members as per extant instructions. List of Members of Working
Committee of AIRF (including Central Office bearers and Zonal Secretaries) has already.
been circulated.
4. Names of Delegates for the above mentioned Annual Convention and General
ouncil of AIRF will be furnished by AIRF Affiliates to their respective Railway
Administration for grant of Special Casual Leave and Pass.
